The thought of a tight leather dress is enough to drive me to the treadmill at the best of times, but the latest entry into Kim Kardashian’s maternity style is this mustard dress. The high-necked dress hugged Kim’s curves, and showed off her blossoming baby bump, but her great accessories keep it looking chic – a black biker jacket, strappy shoes and a clutch add an instant touch of attitude. I love Kim’s new bangs, too – her hair looks gorgeous here!

Of course, Kim’s leather dress isn’t the first leather choice she’s made during her pregnancy. She hit the headlines last week for this monochrome outfit, featuring a tight black leather skirt with a sleeveless button-down blouse and black shoes. With a fur throw over her shoulder, glossy lips and slick hair, Kim makes maternity look hot. The outfit completely divided critics, though, with many claiming Kim should slip into some slacks and have a more comfortable pregnancy. One thing's for sure – I’ll definitely be donning a leather skirt if I can get away with it in pregnancy!

There’s something bizarre about Kim in muted, neutral colors – but she pulls it off perfectly. Her loose beige dress is flattering and ideal for the hotter weather, and the cream blazer adds a touch of class. The most shocking part? Kim’s ditched her heels for metallic sandals. Kim kept her usual perfectionist vibe going with nude make-up, a French manicure and a matching Chanel bag. And I’ll definitely be stealing this ruffled-bangs look this Summer!

It took me a few minutes to think of a word to describe this look. Okay, so Kim is used to looking good on the red carpet, but this look wasn’t one of her best – it’s a shame the Topshop store she’s opening couldn’t lend her some clothes! The black feathered skirt and leather trousers are one thing, but that almost see-through embellished babydoll does nothing for her. There’s a clear lesson here – remember that your top half grows during pregnancy, too!

This was Kim’s flight attire on her way home from a trip to Brazil – and I have to say, I like it! Her low cut top is given a chic upgrade with a matching white blazer, and the fitted black trousers look comfortable and stylish. I love her big black bag, tied back hair and big sunglasses, too – this is an easy way to get flight-chic right. Want to steal her style? Make sure you’ve got a supportive, well-fitting bra. It’ll feel much better, and give you a great silhouette.

She teamed the conservative wrap dress with some bright blue strappy shoes and natural make-up, making for a very casual look while out with doting dad-to-be Kanye. But despite the pressure on Kim to finally choose some maternity wear, this outfit drew a lot of criticism too: mainly for being too loose and shapeless. Still, despite the unusual fit, I think Kim pulls this off – I love her freshly blow-dried hair. The lesson? A great blow dry will save any outfit. Almost.

Kim made sure all eyes were on her in this Julien McDonald strapless blue gown – combining a tight fit, large cut-outs and plenty of embellishment, it’s a tough gown to pull off even if you’re not pregnant. The problem? The cut-out is rather risqué, and flashes far too much of Kim’s flesh. She kept the rest of her look simple, with a fitted blazer slung over her shoulders, black heels and a black clutch, and I love her smoky make-up. But I’m not sure she’ll have been too comfortable in this restrictive outfit, and it falls just the wrong side of sexy. I think less is definitely more here – although Kim Kardashian’s maternity style so far seems to disagree!

Kim’s recently spoken out to defend allegations that she’s already gained 200lbs this pregnancy, with the star claiming she’s only gained 20lbs at the five-month mark. Wearing a tiny miniskirt and lace top yesterday, before swapping into a very short prom dress, Kim admitted that she’s having trouble dressing her new body, and worries that her choices make her look wider.
