I find it hard to believe how these celebrities promote self worth when they themselves aren't being shown this in their photoshoots - I hope every woman, including these stars, knows their self worth and has all the self confidence and self esteem they need to live a full and happy life.

I need to show this to my friend. She's always felt pressured to lose weight and be thinner, and she says that magazines are a big cause in her insecurity, and no doubt to many other women and girls too. I hope this changes her mind on how she feels about this, knowing how fake a lot of this is.
