Anelya Alim – President of IBFA
ANELYA Alim is the founder of IBFA , an association dedicated to supporting young talents in the beauty and fashion industry. She first developed this idea back in 2015 in Kazakhstan, where she founded a makeup school within her community. Over the years, she has taught more than 5,000 students in Paris, China, Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
With her expertise and passion, she moved to the United States on a Talent Visa and EB-1, opening a makeup school in the heart of Manhattan. She later launched her own cosmetics line, Anelya Alim Cosmetics, and founded Anelya Alim Makeup School in New York. Additionally, she established the Anelya Alim School of Cosmetics in New York, further expanding her influence in the beauty industry.
Beyond business, Anelya dedicated two years as a volunteer at Fashion Week, gaining invaluable experience. Now, she is continuing her journey by creating an association that nurtures and supports emerging talents in beauty and fashion, ensuring they have the opportunities and resources to succeed.
