1. H&M
H&M is notorious for its amazing deals and steals when you’re looking for pieces that don’t cost a fortune. While everyone shops this store for basics, there’s actually one section that I think is less perused than it should be. H&M has a great and affordable business attire section. Let’s be real—business attire is not exactly what you want to be purchasing, but we all have to have business clothes that we can wear. If you’re looking for business clothes that don’t cost a fortune, check out H&M for its great deals.
2. Old Navy
I’m still so impressed with the selection that Old Navy has. This store is always so on trend. Sure, the clothes aren’t exactly to made last through multiple generations, but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t great deals. I love Old Navy because I change my own personal style so much. The prices are so good and the styles are so on trend that I can be stylish and not break the bank!
Frequently asked questions
3. Target
What girl hasn’t gotten sucked into the women’s section at Target? I know that I have! While Target does have ultra-trendy pieces, the basics that they stock in that store are always what keeps me going back. My favorite shirts always come from Target, whether it’s a v-neck or a boat-neck crew shirt.
4. JC Penney
I think a lot of people, myself included, tend to forget about JC Penney when it comes to shopping for clothes, especially considering the fact that nearly every mall in America has a JC Penney in it. If you’re on the hunt for a good deal, start with JC Penney. This store stocks great clothes that are so stylish, and so cheap that you’ll have to do a double take. Plus, if the prices aren’t cheap enough for you, the company is constantly sending extra coupons in the mail, so keep an eye out!
5. TJ Maxx
If you’re someone with expensive taste and a tight budget, look no further than TJ Maxx. This store stocks all of the best brands and the price tags are always so low. I love TJ Maxx when I’m looking for something that no one else will have. We’re all shopping at the same stores all of the time, but TJ Maxx has something different in every store for such great prices!

6. Kohl’s
I don’t know about you, but I love Kohl’s no matter what I’m looking for. I especially love all of the markdowns. There’s always something on sale in that store, and there’s always something that you can get a great discount on. If you don’t want to spend full price on anything you’re purchasing, Kohl’s is the place to shop!
7. Charlotte Russe
I almost completely stopped shopping at Charlotte Russe for a little bit a few years ago because I was sick of the selection. I felt like nothing in the store was my style anymore, and that everything I got from the store eventually fell apart anyway. A few months ago, I went into the store for the first time in over a year and was so impressed. I walked out with almost an entirely new wardrobe, because the clothes were so great and yet so inexpensive. Months later, I wear my Charlotte Russe clothes every week and they’re still in perfect condition. This is a store to give a second look if you’ve been avoiding it like I was!
