3. Lovely Lattice Pajamas by Midnight by Carole Hochman
With PJs this beautiful, there’s no need to throw on a robe when unexpected company comes calling. Soft and snuggly and yet glamourous, these great pajamas are available in midnight blue and “North Sky” shown. I‘m not a fan of pajama bottoms that sit above the ankle, so these look just perfect.
4. Compton Wallpaper Teddy by Only Hearts
I read some chick lit a while back and the heroine bought some sleepwear from Only Hearts, a company I had never heard of before. While looking through Nordstrom for this article, I was so pleased to see this adorable teddy by that company. The back features a V-neckline just like the front; always a good sign that the manufacturer wants the entire garment to be finished smartly.
5. Heather Handkerchief Chemise by in Bloom by Jonquil
I love the handkerchief bottom on this rayon and spandex chemise. Available in “Blue Haze” as shown or “Heather Grey.” I love the swingy silhouette and I can just imagine how weightless and effortless this is to wear. Nice deep V in back is the finishing touch for this casual yet sexy chemise.

6. Modal Essentials Lace Trim Camisole Pajamas by PJ Salvage
I love these machine washable rayon and elastane PJs. They’re girly and snuggly and they come in a variety of colors and patterns. The bottoms feature a low rise, so be aware of that if you prefer bottoms that sit at your natural waist. Don’t bother looking for these elsewhere, they’re a Nordstrom exclusive.
7. Lace Trim Sleep Shirt by Honeydew Intimates
I want bunches of this sleep shirt in every color, and there are some nice combinations to choose from. I can just feel the softness and ease of this sleep shirt. For all of its casualness, it does have a sexy low cut V-neckline. I’m a sucker for tiny chest pockets. I just think they’re the cutest.
First, I like my sleepwear simple. It has to be a comfortable material that isn’t too bulky. I don’t have sleepwear divided into seasons. I’d rather be too cool than too warm. You can always add a blanket. Second, I like my sleepwear to be pretty. I’m not looking for yards of lace, little bows or other appliques. With the right material and design, sleepwear can be pretty without being too girly. I’m partial to nightshirts and short chemises for actual sleep, and PJs for lounging. What is your favorite sleepwear?
