1. Buy No Seam Underwear or Elastic Underwear

There are stores that sell no-seam underwear, so that you won't be able to see any panty lines through your jeans or dresses. If you're not interested in that type of underwear, you can also try buying something elastic, because it won't create panty lines that are as visible as the lines cotton underwear creates.

2. Avoid Wearing Dark Underwear under Light Clothing

Make sure that you have underwear in every color of the rainbow. That way, you can make sure to match it to your bottoms. You don't want to wear black underwear when you have a white skirt on, because the darkness will show through and create visible panty lines.

3. Wear a Thong

Thongs will totally eliminate panty lines. They might feel uncomfortable at first, but after you wear them a few times, you'll get used to the feeling. It's like the first time you wore flip-flops or a tampon. It was uncomfortable at first, but now you don't even notice the feeling.

4. Don't Wear Clothes That Are Too Tight

The tighter your clothes are, the higher your chances are of creating visible panty lines. Try to wear clothes that are a bit looser, so that you avoid the problem. Remember that tightness doesn't equate to sexiness. You can look just as stylish in something loose, so don't think that you're sacrificing your hotness.

5. Wear Thicker Pants and Skirts

Try not to buy clothes that are super thin. If you do, then you run the risk of panty lines. If you buy thick pants and skirts instead, then you shouldn't have a problem. If you're not sure if the clothes you want to buy are thick enough, just take a trip quick to the changing room to check the mirror.

6. Wear Tights beneath Your Clothes

If it's cold enough out for you to layer up, you can just place leggings or tights underneath your jeans or skirt. That way, there will be more material between your underwear and your top layer, making it harder for panty lines to show themselves.

7. Wear Shapewear or a Slip

You can always wear shapewear or a slip in order to get rid of panty lines. Even if you've never tried it before, you might end up loving what it feels like. Besides, shapewear can also push in your stomach, push up your breasts, or do whatever else you'd like it to do. It's all up to you.

You don't want your underwear to ruin your entire outfit. Of course, as long as you follow these simple tips, then you shouldn't have to worry anymore. What else have you done to avoid panty lines?

Great article

If you're a woman of color and you have medium-dark skin underneath white clothing you may need to wear dark undergarments for some reason white under white doesn't always work best with our skin tone. FYI

Or don't wear any at all. Problem solved 👍🏼 and so much more comfortable

The pantihose or tights work for me, under a tight skirt
